Hotel residents can check in at 3.00 pm on the day of arrival. Should you arrive at the hotel earlier, we are happy to store luggage until your room is ready.

Check-out is 11.00 am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be available for a fee and must be arranged with the reception during your stay.

Yes, hotel residents can leave luggage in our secure luggage store at the reception free of charge before check-in or after check-out.

Yes, the hotel has been built with accessibility in mind, with an accessible hotel entrance, elevators to all floors and 16 accessible bedrooms—two of which feature a hoist throughout the room to aid movement.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, we sell gift vouchers at our reception desk and online which can be used across various Maldron Hotels, Clayton Hotels and sister properties for overnight accommodation, dining and leisure facilities.
Do you provide printing facilities for boarding passes?
Yes, our reception team can help you print your boarding pass.
